Going into this very large and complicated, phased medical project, we knew we would have interruptions and expected a little chaos, but we experienced none of those. The entire Abstract team communicated each phase, process, and expectations very thoroughly. They worked with us as a team to ensure our needs were taken care of while we made adjustments to the flow of our patients, physicians, and staff to accommodate the construction. We did not experience any deficiencies or setbacks in our patient flow, surgery processes, or patient care.

Numerous times, the patients, physicians, and staff commented on how clean and quiet the project had been and said that they were impressed with the fact that it didn’t look like a construction site. Abstract was able to finish our project 3 days ahead of schedule and under budget, giving us an additional operating room earlier than we had planned. This enabled us to serve more patients during a crucial time in our business. We enjoyed working with Abstract and are already planning our next construction venture with them.
