Tyler Technologies, an innovative software and information technology company serving the public sector, needed to expand its office footprint at its Plano, Texas, headquarters to accommodate a growing workforce. The company planned to add 150 employees, and wanted to construct an additional 20,000-square-foot building for offices and common areas. As the general contractor, Abstract Construction oversaw the $1.4 million project. HKS was the architect.
