The Star is a 91-acre mixed-used campus that also functions as the world headquarters for the Dallas Cowboys. In addition to myriad dining, retail, and lodging tenants, The Star is also home to several professional services companies. Three established businesses—McClure Capital, which provides wealth management and income and retirement planning; Healthcare Highways, a full-service pharmacy benefit management company; and Fenton Motor Group, an automobile dealer—collectively commissioned 25,000-square feet of office space at the campus. Abstract Construction was engaged to lead the $2 million project. Staffelbach was chosen as the interior architect.
