Abstract partnered with long-time client, Koll Development Company, to update this multi-building campus in Plano.
Case Study
The overall project included the implementation of new water and architectural features in the rear courtyards, the reworking of all landscaping and entry paving to pavestones and gardens, the installation of new metal “eyebrows” on building exteriors, new architectural entrance monuments, a complete remodel of all public areas and restrooms, the renovation of all elevator cabs, and the construction of new cafes, fitness centers, locker rooms and shared meeting rooms. One of the most distinctive updates to the campus is the addition of LED colored columns at the campus’ entrance. Abstract also completed the finish-out of more than 300,000 square feet of lease space within this campus – all of which was completed in 2011, the end of the 3-year project.
