Futurestep, a division of Korn Ferry, is a global company focused on talent acquisition solutions. In order to accommodate growth, the firm found that it needed to increase its office footprint at its headquarters in Addison, Texas, and selected Abstract Construction to serve as project manager for three different buildout expansion projects totaling 40,000 square feet. Cushman and Wakefield bro-kered the transaction and managed the construction process. IA Interior Architects was chosen as the project architect & designer. The total budget for the expansions was $1.3 million.
